Changelog and Roadmap
A public record of how Wiki KD has changed, and a place to explain future ideas.
Release verified
- Added a sourced release history covering the full tracked project.
- Added a roadmap with tentative Wiki-focused MCP and Hermes Agent ideas.
- Added editable site updates with private previews and revision history.

Cloudflare production migration
The existing wiki address now serves the Vite application through Cloudflare.
Release verified
- Replaced the Next.js runtime with Vite, React and React Router while retaining routes, themes and saved progress.
- Moved hosting, assets, APIs and public caching to Cloudflare Workers.
- Retained Supabase for content, GitHub authentication, public server rendering and private image validation.
- Retained direct R2 image delivery and introduced paired, reviewed GitHub Actions deployments.
Technical details & sources
- Public HTML/data caches last one hour internally and validate scoped publication versions before reuse; editor and session responses stay uncached.
- Catalog responses contain at most 48 main cards; curation chunks contain at most five records and 128 KiB and publish atomically.
- Heavier rendering and image inspection run in Supabase Edge Functions to respect Workers Free CPU limits.
- Cross-platform build inputs, CSS module hashes and stylesheet minification now produce matching Windows/Linux release artifacts.
- The migration release passed 148 tests; 115 hosted trace events measured p95 CPU at 4 ms and a maximum of 8 ms. These describe that release test, not a permanent performance guarantee.
- HTTPS and GitHub admin login passed at the unchanged production address. Only wiki DNS and certificate records changed; the previous deployment remains available for rollback.

Navigation feedback and complete agency sections
A slim loading bar makes page changes easier to follow, and government agencies now appear in complete category grids.
Release verified
- Added a slim, theme-aware progress bar during page navigation, including keyboard links and browser history.
- Grouped all 60 government agencies into five complete sections instead of repeating headings for single cards.
- Kept agency card moves inside their own category in the admin organizer.
Technical details & sources
- The progress bar follows React Router navigation state, delays its appearance briefly to avoid flashes and respects reduced-motion preferences.
- Agency ordering and numbering remain stable before filtering. Each category has one Jump anchor, and bookmark identifiers are preserved.
- Release checks passed 160 regression tests, type checking, lint, build and credential scanning. Hosted Worker CPU p95 and maximum were both 7 ms.

A calendar, search and daily update trees
Find Wiki KD updates by date or keyword, and browse smaller releases inside each day’s main card.
Release verified
- Added a mini calendar with highlighted update dates and direct links to their descriptions.
- Added changelog search across release titles, summaries, change lists and technical details.
- Grouped same-day releases in an expandable update tree while preserving existing links and sources.
- Added an admin action for appending updates to a day without replacing its main card.
- Kept selected calendar dates readable in both light and dark themes.
Technical details & sources
- Recorded dates use midnight-to-midnight Malaysian calendar days. Independently verified deployment dates remain separate.
- Calendar navigation and search use the already-loaded published content, without extra API calls or third-party calendar dependencies.
- The calendar and search stay beside the timeline on wide screens and move above it on smaller screens. Direct links reveal collapsed updates, measure the mobile header to keep headings visible and preserve focus. Scrolling respects reduced-motion preferences.
- Existing Supabase records, private draft previews, expected-revision checks, restoration and scoped publication-cache invalidation are retained.
- Release validation passed 166 regression tests, type checking, lint, build and credential scanning. Hosted CPU measurements and exact release builds are recorded in the linked verification notes.
- Private previews send one validated changelog document. Curation checks the working draft without an unnecessary comparison against the published copy.
- Selected dates use semantic foreground and panel colors with an accent border. Measured text contrast is 7.4:1 in dark mode and 10.5:1 in light mode.
